STRENGTH THROUGH COMMUNITY

Thank you all for your support!!!

We raised over $1000 for our Black Knight football team and marching band at our community football kickoff and barbecue!!!

We also raised over $350 for Parkland Mustang football team and marching band at the Community Appreciation Day at Oliver's Crossing!!!

Our Black Knight football team needs new headsets! And let's help our NDHS Marching Band our with a few extra dollars this year for those in need. Our team also chatted with Parkland and they are looking for support for their football team and marching band as well.

Here at Ashley Lay & Associates, and Keller Williams, we recognize the VALUE of the communities where we live, and we want to take every opportunity to invest in and to give back to the people who mean so much to us. We are excited about our upcoming events in Northern Davidson and Southern Forsyth counties!

YOU can help us give back monetarily at the following two events. Please share this post with others in your community to let them know!

We'll be by the tents in the greenspace beside the NDHS reserved parking lot for a first come, first serve fundraiser... with corn hole, a raffle of NDHS logo bags and a barbecue plate. The meal is a suggested donation of $7.50 a plate with all proceeds from the meal and raffle going to the football team and marching band. Remember to bring your bag chairs! WE NEED SUBMISSIONS FOR ND's FINEST!As you may have noted, we started the ND's Finest blog to recognize those who have gone over and above to help the community of North Davidson. We would love your feedback on WHO to focus on for our next editions. Sneak peek: An ND's Finest blog next week will focus on a community member who is leaving the corporate world for nearly a year to enter the mission field.

KW Cares & Keller Williams Support WV Flood Victims

Finally, I'm so proud of the associates of Keller Williams who contribute each month to KW Cares. Our foundation has earmarked $2.2 million dollars to the victims of the West Virginia Floods. Our agents locally, along with 140,000+ agents across the world, have committed an additional $1.7 million more.

“We’re incredibly proud of our associates and their compassion and conviction,” Keller Williams CEO Chris Heller said. “The people of West Virginia need our help. Very few have flood insurance and the local economy has been devastated. We’re going to do everything we can to help people get back into homes and rebuild their lives.”

We can't wait to see many old friends and new, past clients, Black Knight and Mustang fans and community members at our upcoming events. It's up to US to give back! #givewhereyoulive

Why do we need you? Because, my friends, by serving others, we all live richer, fuller lives!
