Meet David Nishan: loan officer, banker, and one of Ashley Lay Real Estate's preferred lenders! You’ve probably seen him on our “Partners” page or even worked with him in the past. One of our favorite lenders is a part of Residential Mortgage Services.
David spends almost equal time in Winston and Greensboro but works from his home base office in Greensboro with his five-member team. Although they utilize several loans types, Nishan’s team specializes in structured loans.
